• Does Soleil Designs provide financing?

  • No, however we do provide a layaway plan. Layaway requires 1/3- total price down payment and when your product is completely paid for it will be shipped to the address provided. One year is the maximum time given for layaway plans.

• Should I insure my jewelry, if I ship it for repair?

  • Yes, insure all packages at a minimum of $501.00 through US Mail. Insure for the proper amount up and beyond the $501.00 as it applies to you and the product you're shipping.

• Are the product images to actual size and color?

  • We have attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products offered on this site. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Some photographs have been enlarged to show detail.

• Does your Sterling Silver have a Rhodium finish?

  • Yes all the Sterling Silver and White Gold pieces have a Rhodium finish.

• Will you resize a piece if I want to wear it on another finger?
